Overview

MOTs

We are your local MOT Testing Station for Classes 4, 5 and 7, from Cars to Limo’s and Vans to Minibuses.

Our MOT waiting area has free tea/coffee while you relax and watch your vehicle on our TV monitor.

Forte Power Clean

Problems with DPF or Turbo? Engine management lights? Poor performance? High MOT emissions and Fuel Economy?

We can clean internal parts of your engine without expensive labour costs and save on future repair bills. Using top of the range equipment and diagnostic scanners, we pride ourselves on the success and results we have achieved.

4 Wheel Alignment / Tracking from £25

Having the wheel alignment correct on your vehicle saves on tyre wear and increases fuel economy.

We check and adjust your wheel alignment across all 4 wheels ,leaving your vehicle drive straight and stable on the road.

Air Conditioning

We now offer full Air Conditioning servicing with maintenance, repair and Air-Con re-gas from £60.00 + VAT.

We also offer a sanitation service of the interior vent and duct system.

MOT Testing Station

Using State of the art equipment we are authorised to carry out MOT’s on cars, vans, minibuses and motor homes. (Classes 4, 5 and 7) We also repair vehicles to Ministry and Taxi/PSV test standards.

BRAKES

Using quality parts to stop you in your tracks is our aim and we pride ourselves on the way we service brakes – cleaning and lubricating callipers / pads / shoes and cylinders will save on future expences and keep your brakes in good order.

Tyres

We use a local supplier who stocks a variety of makes – from a Budget to a Brand name at competitive prices. Tyres are fitted and balanced and we use a 4 wheel alignment/tracking system as part of the service if required.

Exhausts

Top quality exhaust parts are used and wherever we can, we refit usable/servicable parts as we believe they are the key to inexpensive repairs.

Catalytic converters and DPF problems can be cleaned with our specialist Forte equipment and will save you £££.

DPF & Engine Diagnostics

We have several scanners to diagnose your vehicles Engine Management Light problems. The Forte Power Clean machine can save you expensive DPF replacement parts. This machine can also clean Turbo systems, flush inlet systems / fuel systems to the highest standard. This will increase performance, economy and lower emission levels in line with MOT requirements.

LOLER and Weight Test Centre

Wheel Chair and Tail lift Loler and Weight tests are carried out by a competent member of staff in line with Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998.

Engine Management Light Diagnostics

We use Snap On and Autel scanners which allows us to accesss deep into the vehicle computer system and give a correct diagnosis of the fault – thus avoiding having to fit unnecessary new parts and reducing the costs.

Gearbox & Clutch Problems

Having identifed a gear box problem we have it inspected/repaired by an experienced and long standing specialist company. The work is priced quickly and all repairs are warranted. While many gearbox repairs are being carried out, a new clutch system is always recommended but not always required. We recommend, supply and fit top quality clutch parts to ensure lasting motoring and peace of mind.

Electrical Vehicle Approved

We are now a IMI Qualified Repair Centre for electric and plug in Hyrbid vehicles. Meaning we can repair, service and maintain any electric (EV) or hybrid vehicles.

Vehicle Servicing

We pride ourselves on the exceptionally high standard of servicing we provide and offer 3 levels as detailed below:

Level 1

Oil and filter change starting from £30.00 plus parts and VAT.

Level 2

Under bonnet service includes changing all filters and oil, checking tyre and fluid levels and ensuring lights are all operational. We carry out a visual check around the vehicle whilst it is on the ramp and report back any advisories.

Level 3

Full Service is all of the above, plus we strip the brake pads/shoes and clean and adjust as necessary. We also check the suspension and steering components, tyre treads and the inside wall of the tyres to insure your vehicle is safe and reliable / roadworthy.
